Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. To ensure the highest quality, every Evoset Smart Toy undergoes a final performance check and is hand-packed in our custom branded packaging before dispatch. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Estimates We utilize elite international logistics partners to deliver directly from our fulfillment center to your door.
- Canada: 5–8 business days
- United States: 5–8 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
- Australia: 5–8 business days
- International: 5–9 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays or customs holding times.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has left our warehouse. Tracking typically becomes active within 2–5 days. You can track your package 24/7 through our website.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes EVOSET PET SUPPLIES INC. is not responsible for any customs fees or duties applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Refusal to pay customs fees resulting in a returned package will not be eligible for a full refund of shipping costs.
5. Wrong Address & Delivery Issues
Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
Delivered Status: If a package is confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier, the fulfillment obligation is complete. EVOSET PET SUPPLIES INC. is not liable for stolen packages (porch piracy). Please contact the carrier to file a "Missing Package" claim.
6. Items Not Received If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@evoset.ca. We will launch a formal investigation with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund if the item is deemed lost in transit.
