  • Where is Evoset located? We are proudly operated by EVOSET PET SUPPLIES INC., located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

  • How does the "30-Day Happy Cat Guarantee" work? We stand behind our pet tech. If your cat isn't engaging with our products as expected, please reach out to our support team within 30 days of delivery. To ensure a fair process for all customers, we will work with you to troubleshoot the item or evaluate your request for an eligible return. All returns must be initiated through our official support channel and meet our quality-inspection criteria.

Product & Shipping

  • How long does shipping take? With our new local North American distribution hubs, most orders to the USA and Canada arrive within 5–9 business days. We also offer Free Shipping to the UK!

  • Are your toys durable? Yes. Our 2026 Editions feature reinforced wires and upgraded motors. While we design for "rough hunters," we also sell refill packs for our butterfly toys to ensure the fun never has to end.

Charity & Future Projects

  • What is the African Feline Initiative? This is our direct-action program where we fund local teams in Africa to provide food and basic medical supplies to street cats. You can see the real-time impact of your purchases through the video updates on our social media channels.

  • What is the Evoset Rehoming App? We are building a secure app to help Canadians rehome pets responsibly. The platform connects current owners with vetted new homes, using professional boarding partners to handle the medical checks and physical handoff. We are currently in the development phase—stay tuned for our Ontario beta launch!
