2. Product Safety & Use Our products, including the smart butterfly toy, are intended for pet use only. It is the responsibility of the pet owner to:

  • Supervise the pet during use at all times.

  • Inspect the product regularly for wear and tear (including fabric butterflies and attachments).

  • Discontinue use immediately if any part of the toy becomes loose, damaged, or detached.

  • Ensure the pet does not ingest any parts of the toy.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability In no case shall EVOSET PET SUPPLIES INC., our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, injury to pets or humans, property damage, or loss of data, arising from your use of any of our products. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EVOSET PET SUPPLIES INC. and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, and directors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
