EVOSET PURCHASE OPTIONS & SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
At Evoset Pet Supplies Inc., we make it easy to keep your pet happy. Whether you’ve chosen a one-time purchase, a pre-order, or a recurring subscription, our goal is total transparency.
1. Subscriptions & Recurring Orders

Flexibility First: You have full control. You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Customer Portal.

Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being charged for your next scheduled shipment, please cancel or pause at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

Post-Charge Cancellation: If a cancellation is made after a recurring order has been processed/charged, that specific order will be fulfilled, and your cancellation will apply to all subsequent cycles.
2. Pre-Orders

Pre-Shipment: You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the "Shipping Confirmation" email is sent.

Post-Shipment: Once a pre-order has been dispatched, our standard Return Policy applies.
3. How to Cancel

Log in to your account at evoset.ca.

Navigate to "Manage Subscriptions."

Select "Cancel" or "Pause."

Alternatively, email our support team at support@evoset.ca with the subject line "Cancellation Request."
By completing your purchase, you authorize Evoset Pet Supplies Inc. to charge your selected payment method for future recurring orders until you choose to cancel.
