I. PRODUCT & SAFETY

1. Is the Smart Butterfly toy safe for my cat? Absolutely. The butterfly is made from BPA-free, non-toxic, pet-safe materials. The wire is designed to be flexible so your cat can hunt and pounce safely.

2. What happens if my cat destroys the butterfly? We include two (2) butterflies in every starter kit. For "Super Hunters," we highly recommend grabbing our Extra Butterfly 5-Pack Refills here to ensure the fun never stops.

3. How does the toy stay in place during play? Our toys are designed for high-energy play. Most models feature a heavy-duty Suction Cup base, allowing you to secure the toy to smooth floors, windows, or glass doors. This ensures the toy stays upright even when your cat gets aggressive!

4. Does it use batteries or a charger? We offer two versions for your convenience:

• USB Rechargeable: Comes with a USB charging cable (no batteries needed).

• Battery Powered: Uses 3 AAA batteries (not included) for long-lasting wireless play. Check your specific product description to see which power type your model uses!
